Every brand begins somewhere.
Ours began with a gift.
A little over a year ago, I hand-lettered a Persian poem on a glass vase for a friend's birthday. After sharing it on Instagram, people began asking for their own.
The artwork held up beautifully through everyday hand washing, but I wanted to create something even more lasting.
Then, at a Nowruz market, my brother Ramin asked a simple question:
"Why not put your poetry on wine glasses?"
I told him I couldn't—not until I found a way to make the artwork permanent.
But Ramin wouldn't let the idea go.
Together, we spent months experimenting, testing different engraving systems, and learning through countless trials until we finally found the process that became Benoosh.
Today, every Benoosh glass begins with my original Persian calligraphy and is permanently engraved onto glass as a limited edition collectible.
More than a glass, each piece carries a story—of an idea, a brother and sister working together, and a shared love for Persian poetry.
Drink the poetry.
