Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Benoosh different?
Every Benoosh glass begins as an original work of Persian calligraphy, created by Persian calligrapher and artist Nazanin Vaziri. The artwork is permanently engraved onto glass and released as a limited, individually numbered edition. Every glass is designed to be both a functional object and a collectible work of art.
What does "Limited Edition" mean?
Each design is produced in a strictly limited quantity, with the exact edition size specified on its product page. Once an edition is sold out, it will never be reproduced.
Is every glass individually numbered?
Yes. Every Benoosh glass carries its own unique edition number, making each piece part of a limited collectible series.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. The artwork is permanently engraved into the surface of the glass. It will not fade, peel, or wash away.
Are Benoosh glasses dishwasher safe?
The engraving itself is permanent and will not wash away in the dishwasher. However, like all fine glassware, repeated dishwasher use over time may affect the clarity and brilliance of the glass or cause fine surface marks. To keep your Benoosh glass looking its best for years to come, we recommend gentle hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent.
What if my glass breaks?
We understand that accidents happen. Through our Edition Preservation program, a broken Benoosh glass may be recreated with its original edition number when the damaged piece is returned to us. The original broken glass must be surrendered, ensuring that only one glass bearing that edition number exists at any time. Replacement charges and shipping fees apply.
Can I request a different poem?
Each edition is released with a specific poem carefully selected by the artist. Future collections will introduce new poets and verses.
Is Benoosh a good gift?
Absolutely. Every Benoosh glass arrives in premium gift packaging, complete with a collector's card describing the artwork and its edition, making it a meaningful gift for collectors, art lovers, and those who believe every drink deserves a beautiful story.
